SNORKELING with the Manta Rays

» » Recommended Prerequisites:

The Manta Ray activity is fun and safe, but you are in the ocean (at night) swimming with big, beautiful creatures. It is an exciting adventure, so we highly recommend that you at least know how to swim and that you have some basic snorkeling experience. Practice snorkeling during the day at least a couple of times before you “step on board” for this activity. We know that you will enjoy the Manta Rays more if you are already somewhat prepared.

3 h Tour - Snorkel Manta Rays Only

1. You travel to your destination and receive a briefing about the creature, safety, snorkeling at night and marine life interaction guidelines
2. Check-in is about 1-1.5 hours before sunset
3. The duration of the in-water activity is about 45-60 minutes
4. Tour includes: Snorkel Gear, Wetsuits, Snacks & Beverages
5. Please bring: Sweatshirt, Sunglasses, Swimsuit, Towel, Seasick Medication

5 h Tour - Snorkel Twilight + Manta Rays

1. You will travel to your destination and snorkel the reef during twilight hours, take a break, watch the sunset from the boat and then re-enter the water to view the Manta Rays.
   These tours usually coincide with 2-tank scuba dives
2. Check-in is about 3.5 hours before sunset
3. The duration of the in-water activity of each snorkel is about 45-60 minutes
4. Tour includes: Snorkel Gear, Wetsuits, Sandwich & Beverages
5. Please bring: Sweatshirt, Sunglasses, Swimsuit, Towel, Seasick Medication

SCUBA DIVING with the Manta Rays

» » Prerequisites:

You must be a Certified Scuba Diver to sign up for the 1-tank or 2-tank dive charters, however you are not required to have night diving experience with most operators.

» » Recommendation:

If you haven’t been diving in a while, we recommend you sign up for the 2-tank charter, so you can refresh your skills while it is daylight.

3 h Tour - Scuba Dive (1x Dive) - Manta Ray Night Dive only

» » The night dive is for Certified Divers only.

1. You will travel to your destination where your dive master will give a thorough briefing before the night dive including a review of standard night diving procedures and marine life interaction guidelines
2. Check-in is about 1-1.5 hours before sunset
3. Length of dive: 45-60 minutes
4. Tour includes: Tanks, Weights, Snacks & Beverages
5. Additional Charge for Full Gear Rental: $ 35
6. Please bring: Dive Certification Card, Sweatshirt, Sunglasses, Swimsuit, Towel, Seasick Medication
