Hassle Free Returns
For a full refund or exchange, you can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be undamaged. Apparel must be of unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Exceptions
Absolutely no returns on electronic digital files, DVD's and CD's.
Custom DVD's and CD's may be exchanged if wrong date was selected.
