| Vicky Ray is named for and by Vicky Newman. When we see Vicky Ray, we also remember Victoria Elizabeth Rebman Cluxton, who passed in 2006 at the age of 45. She is the sister of Christian Rebman "Flipper", a Manta Enthusiast and Swim Guide for Big Island Divers. |
